Aaru
Aaru is a small press with a single obligation: the text must survive its framing. We print bimri's books as scenes — reading units that can be held in one sitting — and we bind narration to the page so closely that listening feels like reading twice.
The reader is an instrument, not a feed. Nothing scrolls for its own sake, nothing glows, nothing begs. What remains after the furniture falls away is the measure of the work.
The rules we keep

Flatness
No shadows, no gradients, no glass. A surface earns its place by what it carries.

One accent
Rust appears when — and only when — the page must point: a link, a drop cap, a seal.

Space as structure
Rules are hairlines; grids are quiet. Space does the organizing.

Every scene is aligned to its reading, block by block. The ear follows the eye.
